The Space
A luxury 4 bedroom villa, strictly new, with 228 m2 + 195 m2 of private outdoor areas located in the gardens of an old Pombaline building completely renovated and rebuilt. A development that offers a unique and exclusive proposal on the market, combining the charm of the old with a contemporary design.
The Challenge
Staging Factory was invited to transform this house, which was completely empty, into an inviting and emotionally engaging space. The difficulty faced by potential clients in visualizing the property’s full potential required the creation of scenarios and environments that facilitated the imagination of their future experiences there. The main objective was to furnish and decorate the house in a minimalist way, allowing customers to identify with the space and form an emotional connection, thus enhancing sales opportunities.
The Job
The selection of furniture, decorative accessories and color palette was carefully planned to reflect the contemporary lines of the building, the quality of materials and finishes. The environment created is elegant, refined and at the same time welcoming and full of character. A raw and honest space that fuels creativity. Vintage elements and some pieces belonging to the owner were incorporated to add a personal touch to the space.
The Value
Although the project was recently completed, initial feedback from the real estate consultant indicates that the house has gained soul and personality, presenting itself as a new and vibrant space.
