2010 was the year that Margarida Diniz, real estate consultant and interior designer, and Catarina Diniz, brand strategist, decided to change their angle and revolutionize the real estate market. With the ambition to \u201ctransform walls and beams into dreams and emotions\u201d, they looked at the market from a marketing perspective and, in the midst of the real estate crisis, created space for a new way of using interior design.<\/p>

Margarida’s great aesthetic sensitivity and appeal for the life of spaces led her to study Decorative Arts at the Ricardo Esp\u00edrito Santo Silva Foundation. She worked in the film and television industry as a set designer, while also working on several interior design projects. Later, as a real estate consultant at Sotheby’s Real Estate, she was confronted with the poor presentation of houses for sale. She realized that she could boost commercial results with her experience as an interior designer. Knowledge met opportunity and, together with Catarina, they founded Staging Factory, the first real estate valuation and home staging company in Portugal, which is now dedicated to \u201cHospitality Interior Design\u201d.

She is a master at unlocking, optimizing and revealing the maximum potential of properties and the solutions she designs transform spaces into perfect environments.

Catarina was born to do. She graduated in Business Communication and, inspired by the power of creativity, began creating brands. She worked at Lintas, Strat, Brandia and Ativism. As she likes to fly high, she went to London to work in marketing for Port Wine and to S\u00e3o Paulo to study at the Miami Ad School. In 2010, she decided to take on new projects and challenged Margarida to develop the concept of home staging in Portugal. She had already created the \u201cMemmo Unforgettable Hotels\u201d brand and wanted to create more memorable homes and hotels. The story goes from here.

That same year, she began her professional career at AREA Infinitas as an assistant in the furniture and interior design department. At the same time, she founded the design studio Twelve Four Haus in 2009. In 2017, she accepted the challenge of joining the Staging Factory team as a designer, participating in various national and international projects. Her design is characterized by a passion for color, detail and the relentless pursuit of functionality and simplicity. After several years working in the cultural sector, in 2018 she joined the Staging Factory team where she is responsible for managing guests and Local Accommodation apartments. She loves the outdoors, DIY and the sea. With the start of her job at Staging Factory, she began to combine her hobbies with her profession.

Her mission is to listen closely to guests and find out if the houses designed by Staging Factory meet or even exceed the clients’ expectations.
